One of the pillars that define all members of Town Web is the efforts to provide cost-effective, prompt, and stellar support to all our municipalities. That’s why we have service that fit everyone’s needs:

  • Our 24x7 Tech Support is there for you any time of the day for all technical-related inquiries that may come up–forgotten passwords and similar logging-in situations, updates to the items that are hard-coded in the theme, as well as the guidance and training sessions on using your website/editing content on the website.
  • The “White-Glove” Service enables you to lean on us for any and all updates to the content and documents to the website. If you don’t have the time or need something done outside of working hours – all you have to do is send us an email and we will update that page, create that event, upload that agenda, and even send a notification to your subscribers.
  • There’s a reason you prefer staying at the same chain of hotels whenever you travel. They make you feel like home, and even more than that–you feel like they care for you as your mother did back when you were little. Your dedicated Digital Concierge is aware of your individual needs and will not wait for you to reach out–she/he will know you need before you do, and ask for your approval prior to you asking them.

Once you become a member of the Town Web community you are eligible for the 90-day free use of our Digital Concierge service. Once the site is published, we will reach out to you and schedule an initial training session, at which end we will guide you through our Online Knowledge Base. In the next 3 months, you will receive our top-level service. Once the 90-day period passes, you will revert to the support of your choosing, defined in the contract.

You can head to our Request a Quote page and fill out the form–in the next 24 hours we will call you and talk more about your specific needs for your new digital platform, as well as your requirements from your provider–Town Web!

A dedicated Account Manager is assigned to you, to guide you through the process. Once the proposal is signed, we send a welcome email and invoice. After payment is settled, we schedule the onboarding meeting and kick off the project. This helps us understand your needs and what you like and dislike. We choose a theme and discuss the visual look of the website. Then, our team build the website. We provide a staged version for review and make any necessary edits. Thereafter, we set a launch date.

There’s absolutely no reason to worry–you don’t have to break the ties with your current provider until it’s time to do so. As long as your current contract expires in the next 12 months, we can delay the start of the project until you are ready to get a new website. All we’d need is a “letter of intent” and a signed proposal. The signed proposal will clearly stated when your contract with Town Web would start, so that we are all on the same page.

Absolutely! We recommend you keep your current domain as your residents are probably used to it. If you are not in possession of the dot-gov domain, we will help you obtain it, and we will be your technical contact the partnership. We can set-up redirects if needed so that your website is securely under the official government domain.
